While running a 20,000 sq ft steel fabrication shop with a team of 21 employees, Ron took on the challenge of learning Tekla Structures. His decade of experience with this software significantly enhanced the shop's structural design and fabrication processes. Ron exemplifies success through innovation, expertise, and relentless pursuit of excellence in the construction industry.
Lee is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with a dynamic background across multiple industries and regions. Originally from Scotland, he moved to San Diego in 2001, bringing extensive expertise in finance and property management. A former Royal Navy member, Lee applies a disciplined, strategic approach to his work. Known for his analytical acumen, he identifies market trends and crafts strategies that drive performance and growth. Milford James Durrough III began his career in the steel industry at the age of 19, quickly earning certifications in welding, crane operation, and CDL driving, among others. His commitment to professional growth led him to the field of drafting, where he became proficient in Tekla Structures, obtaining both Basic and Advanced training certificates. His expertise with Tekla Structures was further honed during his tenure working directly with Tekla. He subsequently founded his own consulting firm specializing in assisting clients with Tekla software. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Milford continues to be a prominent and influential figure in the structural steel fabrication field.
