What the Management System covers

Estimating and job budgets

Award an estimate and the job opens with its budget. Budget against real hours shows overruns early.

Detailing and RFIs

See every detailer’s tasks, hours and what’s late. An open RFI holds the tasks it blocks until it’s answered.

Shop floor and QC

Scan a sticker to see the piece, its drawing and its route. QC passes or fails at the station, and a failed piece goes on hold.

Shipping and the field

Plan trucks by erection sequence and weight. Field issues come back tied to the job, grid line and piece.

Material traceability

Steel is received against the PO with its heat number. QR stickers trace each piece back to the mill certificate.

Control and security

Every change is recorded with who made it. Key actions need a second sign-in check.
